still there.. not even going down but physically i feel better. (6 years to become a panda.. i just started my losing weight campaign (opppss!) since new year 2014 :p 4 months compared to 72 months.. relax and keep on going dear me !
pedometer readings average 3000~4000 steps a day..should be around 10,000 steps a day. i ate less but not consistent.
anyway happy labour day! ( i had nasi and sardin for breakfast! 2 senduk oo!) i want to drink old town white coffee classic later on.. heee
